Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney who is fluent in Spanish to join our dynamic legal team. As a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney, you will play a crucial role in representing our clients in personal injury cases and ensuring their rights and interests are protected. You will work closely with clients, negotiate settlements, and advocate on their behalf in court when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients in personal injury cases.
• Conduct thorough investigations to gather evidence, assess liability, and determine damages.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evidence Collection: Conduct thorough investigations to collect evidence related to personal injury cases. This includes gathering police reports, medical records, accident scene photographs, open records, witness statements, and any other relevant information.
• Witness Interviews: Interview witnesses, clients, and involved parties to obtain detailed statements regarding the incident. Maintain professionalism and empathy during interactions.
• Surveillance: Utilize surveillance techniques, when necessary, to gather additional evidence that may support our clients’ claims. This may involve monitoring subjects, documenting their activities, and providing photographic or video evidence.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized and comprehensive case files, ensuring all collected evidence is properly documented and stored securely. Assist in preparing evidence for court proceedings.
• Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other investigators to develop case strategies and ensure all evidence is aligned with legal requirements.
• Court Testimony: Prepare for and provide testimony in court when required, presenting evidence and findings professionally and confidently.
• Compliance: Adhere to ethical standards, legal guidelines, and privacy regulations when handling sensitive information and conducting investigations.
Qualifications:

Job description A personal injury case manager is responsible for managing the claims process after someone is injured or becomes sick. You will work with clients to determine their needs and ensure that they receive the best possible care. You will ensure that all clients’ medical bills are paid, as well as any other expenses related to their treatment. You must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients about their needs and concerns.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitoring case details such as court dates, settlement offers, and verdicts to ensure they are handled properly.
• Managing all aspects of the case including client contact, filing paperwork with the court, communicating with insurance adjusters and lawyers, and arranging medical care for clients
• Coordinating settlement negotiations between clients and insurance companies to reach a settlement agreement that is acceptable to all parties involved.
• Communicating with clients to update them on their case status and answer any questions they may have about their case.
• Working with attorneys to collect evidence and prepare for trials.
• Reviewing case files for accuracy and adding new information as needed
• Tracking insurance claim status and filing lawsuit paperwork as necessary
